pureblade was saying that he was able to manacle an a'danf at min prep but it'd only hold em for 5 seconds he says he has 300 primary, now I'm just about 10 ranks shy of 300 and I have 220 target and they dodge it....heck I can't even make a fire sprite fall down to the ground with it, most things I can manacle break off in one shot

and with 290 primary a fire sprite shouldn't be able to break out on the first pulse
