Is there final tweaking done on the magic system? I've suddenly begun having a very difficult time learning TM ... I had assumed that I was just nearing the end of the soft cap in my prey but I've gotten enough IM's from other war mages asking if I'm having TM trouble that it seems reasonable to ask.
