shape cloud

>You extend your hand toward ash cloud, bending your fingers to reshape your creation as you do so.
Gaps appear in the dark, cinder-choked clouds of the ash cloud, exposing the normal sky through them. These holes appear to correspond loosely with specific positions on the ground, and shift gently.
You sense that your ash cloud will now affect only creatures and obvious enemies, but no adventurers of any kind.
Roundtime: 5 seconds.

Keyle works carefully at tending his wounded chest.

One of the blazing flame-like droplets lands an apocalyptic strike (So that's what it felt like when Grazhir shattered!) to Keyle's abdomen!
[Time Out Zone]
Clean, sober white walls rise up around you. You have been automatically moved to this room by our murder tracking system because you have killed too many people recently. You will be automatically released in several hours, but will be sent back here for an even longer period of time if you kill again.
You also see: a book of DragonRealms Policy.
Obvious exits: quit.

Gizella, you have killed more than once in the last hour.

Now, amused as I am to finally make the time-out room (fear me), it DID say it wouldn't hit adventurers then BANG I've got a dead moon mage on my hands. Is it supposed to happen this way?

I believe that when Rigby said you had the option to shape it, that it would also take a few moments to take effect properly. So if the Moon Mage got hit right after you shaped it (looks like it did), then I think the spell is functioning properly.

Did they change the way fire rain works? Didnt it used to just light you on fire in the past and cause massive vitality damage instead of looking like its a 'weapon' attacking the person?

um no, Your thinking of the old way DB use to work just had to have naphtha in hand and cast person and alight they were, FR sort of works the sameway though no naphtha needed and you can try to stop it from hurting people
