Some more changes to Sorcery backlash:
1) The cap for the minimum chance to backlash wasn't properly respecting mana mixing. This should only result in a change if you are using a non-optimal mana mix, a decent chunk of sorcery skill, and a spell with a low chance to backlash (Which is most basic/intro spells right now).
2) Sorcery skill is now better at reducing backlash chance for high risk situations (The reduction use to be linear meaning it was really good at making safe situations safer but bad at making risky situations safer).
3) Teleologic Sorcery now uses core backlash instead of a custom mechanic to fake it. Since that custom mechanic had been missed with a few updates this means that those spells will be slightly more likely to backlash, particularly the elemental ones.
4) A bunch of other under the hood stuff which shouldn't really matter to players, but if you noticed weirdness please report it.
