I've tweaked DISCERN's mana estimation math to be a bit more accurate assuming a full prep cast. I also took the liberty of removing the random element from DISCERN. DISCERN now assumes you get a perfectly neutral "dice roll" on your skill check, instead of bouncing up and down the range of possible results every time you use the verb. Let me know how it feels.
