Previously, setting a TOGGLE default for your SHIELD or BUNDLE did not actually change anything when you wore it. This has been changed. Now, if you have a TOGGLE default set, when you wear the item, it will change where your shield or bundle are worn for you, notify you, and tell you how to change it if you want.

Additional QoL changes include a fix to the "options" for SHIELD and BUNDLE toggles. Example: You may now use TOGGLE BUNDLE B to set it to back without having to cycle through the list.

Other items released with this:
S'Kra Mur earrings will now message differently when you use WEAR. This is not matched by REMOVE currently, please do not bug that, it's not a bug. :)

Loaded slings can now be worn.
