I've just adjusted the legality of the following spells when cast in justice areas:

Grizzly Claws - Disturbing the Peace (previously resulted in Endangering the Public).
Mind Shout - Disturbing the Peace (previously resulted in Endangering the Public).
Damaris's Lullaby - Disturbing the Peace (previously was legal).
Desert's Maelstrom - Disturbing the Peace (previously was legal).
Spite of Dergati - Forbidden Practices (previously was legal).
Hydra Hex - Disturbing the Peace (previously was legal).
