I do not see any feats listed that Paladins get for free and wondered if there are any. Also would any freebies need to be learned from a Guildleader instead?

Paladins do not get any free magical feats (perhaps because they're magic-tertiary).

Guilds that get free feats get them automatically without having to learn them from the feat trainer or a guildleader. These are visible when you type SPELLS.
