halted one of the atik'ets in the Gate of Souls. while halted they did this thing similar to whole displacement and reformed, then while sitll halted they were able to move around and attack me
Its not a bug when they do that they are supposed to cancel your halt fendryads do something similar as well. Now if they are still showing as halted in the room discription that part would be a bug.
