The only use I have for SR is for training defences against creatures Im not able to kill just yet. But it would be much nicer to cast the spell on myself and still keep my offensive powers

Bot has a PC resistances skill check

The PvP aspects of these spells seem to be a little inconsistent here. Please either eliminate the offensive penalty for SR or the PC skill check against BoT
