Could the damage aspect of this spell please be examined? It seems to damage lightly or unarmored critters well, but anything with armor (ie, higher circle stuff) it barely scratches. I think the main problem here is that the slice and impact damage just needs to be increased.

Would also be nice if it had a chance to cause an auto-stun... perhaps an increased chance with increased PM. Something along the lines of, "the raw forcefulness of the blow lightly stuns the poloh'izh"

Also, a min prep of 12 seems awefully high for a spell like this. Could we get it lowered to 6 or 8 please?

Take out the "it strikes as if solidly balanced" aspect of the spell. It serves no point and I can't think of any situation where it would actually be a useful function of the spell. If a ranger is off balance, chances are that he is going to want to cast blend, not GRIZ. Basically, I think it would be a more useful spell if it had a greater chance to stun/knock others off balance, than to strike as if you were solidly balanced.

Also, it needs to be castable even when not facing something. Sometimes you can get webbed and not actually be facing a critter.
