Does escaping help counter HB, or is it a straight spell vs agility deal where duration depends on how far "outclassed" you were.

I have around 250 evasion, lower 30's in agility and reflex and HB will last at least a minute, possibly more, to wear off. Since the spell probably doesn't take caster's TM into account (i doubt his TM outclassed me...do rangers even learn TM?) It's either caused by the spell's mana efficiency or he had like 40s in agility, reflex and discipline. A whole minute seems a little high...I think only MB is capable of doing the same...and that's with 2 casts most of the time.

spell thats capable of disabling a player the longest is shadow web which quite frankly disturbs me, not because of moonies but because of adan'f since they two are immune to webs they do not suffer the down sides of being webbed by it, also it by passes shear doesn't set it off
