My initial response to this spell is that it needs an uptweak. I know it's early so I dont want to sound like I'm complaining. In fact with the CG prereq I doubt I'll ever get it but with creatures at or slightly below my level in TM, I was one shotting them with sufficient mana DOs but only giving them scratches with fairly high mana (40ish) CRSs.
