I really like the idea for riding double. That would be a really fun feature for advanced riders. Sometimes I don't bring my horse out because I know I'll be travelling with a partner, and its hard when you have a horse to worry about. Which is silly really, because if this were are real life situation (as roleplaying insinuates) you could just pull them on board if you and the horse were skilled enough.

I think some of the hassles that come with a horse discourage people from getting horses, so more fun things should be added that would be possible with a real life horse. If we are going to go as far as to have to groom and feed horses, why not be able to ride double? Riding double would be a really fun, useful, and positive reinforcement for horse lovers. And wouldn't be be rommaaaaanteeck!
