Ok, I'm hearing rumors, but have seen no evidence as of yet. Is this Ceiswynn in charge of horses now? Does she read the boards? Does she intend to improve on a system that is currently useless to higher circle people? Is she in charge of mounted combat as well, or just horses?

Wondering if it'll start to be worth the effort to post my suggestions now... or if it'll still fall on deaf ears.
