Just as it says in the title.
It would be really nice if we could get one. Preferably one that actually knows something about horses but at this point a really good coder willing to take over the system would be nice. I'm sure the horse lovers would be happy to point out things like the anatomy error to a new Horse GM.

We have one. Unfortunately, he's got three similarly-sized systems that have more priority, a guild responsibility, and two far larger systems that Bubba's threatening to attempt himself if people don't start bearing down on them.

No, it was confirmed earlier (via those GMs-as-players types of posts) that someone took over in an unofficial capacity. As such, horses are pretty much a non-priority since they'll necessarily have to wait for free time after P5, racial strongholds (hubs, villages, etc), and other projects.
