All shops carry the primer. Primer contains instructions for hat, star, flower, fish and medallion.
Leth Deriel:
In the wooden rack you see some yak instructions, some dragon instructions, some cat instructions, some crown instructions, some phoenix instructions, some bird instructions, some ship instructions, some mouse instructions and some crow instructions.
Aesry:
On the mahogany counter you see some dolphin instructions, some phoenix instructions, some yak instructions, some ship instructions, some vulture instructions, some cat instructions, some horse instructions, some dragon instructions, some raven instructions and some jackal instructions.
Ratha:
On the display case you see some bird instructions, some dragon instructions, some horse instructions, some mouse instructions, some crow instructions, some gryphon instructions, some ship instructions, some mask instructions, some goblin instructions and some silverfish instructions.
Mer'Kresh:
On the wooden rack you see some jackal instructions and some vulture instructions.

I know it only has those two listed in the look, but they carry more then that (or did when I was there). Not sure if the other instructions are listed on something else in the room or not. When I was there I did a buy first instruction, buy second instruction, etc...

On Envelopes Meriel snagged me and a half dozen others to test them two weeks ago. We broke one or two things, but more importantly requested that they be helt worn so you could pull a paper out each time without getting the envelope out (there was a mechanical reason you couldn't pull the envelope while it was in a container), so I think that's what is delaying it beyond the week+ release data she gave them. They are very nice thought, particullarly the multicolored packs which are filled with random colors, and the fact that even 100 sheet envelope weighs 2 stones.

Yes, you are right, yes, they are, and I'm sorry I missed them (so just copy the Leth to Mer'kresh in addition to the two I showed).

I certainly never thought to look both places the first couple of times I visited the Mer'Kresh shop :) Thanks for listing those out, too - now when people ask me, I have a quick & easy reference to see where they can find the pattern they're looking for.
