Look for the green checkered tent in Fever Point on M'Riss. Besides his usual wares, he also has a fresh stock of envelopes. Be sure to read the signs explaining which color envelopes are in which location, as well as looking at the envelope you wish to purchase before buying. Envelopes come in various sizes: 10 sheets, 25 sheets, 50 sheets, and 100 sheets -- so there's something for every price range!
