I never really got into origami but I might as well get some mech, so whats the easiest pattern(s)?

You can read them and it'll tip you off to what's good for you.

Make sure you don't get anything too easy or it won't teach you.

Buy a primer. The easiest pattern is dragon. But as Ythik says, unless you're a rank newbie, that may be too easy for you. Go here and use the origami calc to see which is best for you:

actually, in the primer the easiest pattern is the hat. you just can't exhale it to make it go away.

True. But dragon is easier than hat, I just forgot to mention that dragon isn't in the primer.
