Has anyone found a person part of the rumor system on M'riss/Mer'Kresh?

Is there any chance that the Gor'tog guard near the M'riss side of the galley can be added into the rumor system at all? Perhaps even talk to citizens or Gor'togs only?

There aren't very many bards or traders out here and I always liked the rumor system, just not the restrictions.

The Gortog just north of the galley dock is part of the rumor system. Sasabee usually asks him for rumors when she's passing by.
