Thank you for the clarification to the rumor guidelines.
I know I am asking for more work for someone, but it would be useful for me to know why a rumor has been rejected.
I have had two rejected in the last few weeks which clearly meet these guidelines. So it confuses me a bit.

As I posted elsewhere, none of these guidelines are new. However, some of the guidelines were relaxed or removed as a result of the policy review. As a result, a few things that were rejected in the past might well be acceptable under the new policy as posted.
In short, no new rules, but some of the old non-posted rules were loosened a bit. That is probably the source of the confusion.
