I have reqested this of team cleric many times. I used to ask the dwarf guru when we had an active dwarf race champion. It is not clear to me who owns this system now. This should have been a change made when scars started staying after death, but as usual they were more motivated to add the downside of keeping scars as quickly as possible than they were to follow through with the perk of keeping facial hair. As it stands, the GMs may think that we should all go break the law and ask for an empath to shift our beards to grow faster after each death in lieu of changing the system for beards to stay after death. Of course, even that takes many applications of shifting for the beard to get to its former state.
