Can my Crystal Hand Monk Shave his head, or is that a shifting thing?
you can't actually shave your head, although you could role up a gor'tog or s'Kra MM to be a crystal monk and do it that way.
empaths CAN considerably shorten your hair though.

You can get shifted bald, or there are ways to arrange your hair to make it seem like you're going bald. Otherwise, you just have to be naturally- bald!
