Any GMs gonna blow the dust off of her and bring her about sometime? One of my characters won a tattoo voucher for her quite awhile back and would like to take advantage of it sometime. Or does she only show up during fests?

I looked for her during the last one, Therens for the new barons celebration but either I never saw her or she didnt show up.

Any word would be appreciated, or would Inky or one of the other artists do it in her stead?
