Hello!
I am pretty new to the game, and I can't see to get my twitching and paralysis healed.
Where do I go to heal those things?

and last but not least, you can RECALL HERB, then drill down to a specific herb (i.e., RECALL HERB LUJEAKAVE) or RECALL HERB INTERNAL, RECALL HERB EXTERNAL, or RECALL HERB SCAR. For nerve damage you'll need both lujeakave and then hisan to heal the scars.

Many towns have their own empath guild and/or NPC healer. Not all NPC healers heal everything, in fact I don't think an NPC healer heals internal head scars that cause head twitching. I'm not sure about skin wounds and scars. Last I knew, the NPC empath in the hospital in Riverhaven didn't heal eye wounds. I'm not sure if this is still the case. Most NPC empaths, if any, are not in the empath guilds. I think there are a couple of NPC empaths for Estate Holders (OOC: For premium players in premium areas). I recommend finding a player empath first. It is generally considered a courtesy to offer empaths a tip, but there are many who will heal who do not expect a tip. Tips are usually whatever you can reasonably afford for the healing that was done, and few will accept tips during invasions.
