I'm a Bard and I hunt celpeze which have incredibly high fire and magic resistance. I'm magic secondary and have access to the following spells: Fireball, Phoenix's Pyre, Energy Bolt and Strange Arrow. I also have access to immobilizing/unbalancing creatures and/or making them unconscious. I have near 1000 ranks in magic.
What would you say is the fastest way for me to lock the Targeted Magic skill at 563 ranks? I'm tired of this skill lagging behind everything. I mean, pretty soon my Perception will be passing it. No bueno.

I've been up in super celpz using this procedure: Prep Strange Arrow at 23, target, charge cambrinth 22, focus cambrinth, cast, and it's training both TM (587) and Arcana (670) very evenly with each other and relatively quickly. Though it's not as fast as training my mundane weapons, it is somewhat of a twofer, so it's worth it to me.
