I think I heard this mentioned before but dont remember the answer. How about being able to transcribe scroll spells into our spellbook for permanent use? I'd really like to have the spell mana disruption and the other darker arts as permanent spells. Perhaps to make it fair, offer a special merchant who could do it for you at a high price or make a high level req or perhaps have a special tool which costs a pretty plat but I'd really like to have these scrolls. I see no reason why one could permanently transcribe them in the IC sense. Even throw an exp or favor cost. Just an idea.
