Jins was kind enough to pass along this crystal to me for my spellbook. Got a few questions on how it works.

Right now its fully charged. Do you have to do something to activate it? Am I able to read in the rain now, or will that use up charges which are difficult to retain?

Any advice on its use and usefulness appreciated.
