I have decided to extend the deadline of the Shrine contest to midnight EST on August 15th, 2000. This is mainly to facilitate to those who are distressed because they cannot enter the contest due to the level requirement -- this will give a bit over two weeks extra to catch up in time. Furthermore I am also changing another clause; you can enter now if you are under 20th -- as long as you are 20th level by the time the contest closes (August 15th) and I begin to determine eligibility.
Also, regarding atmospheric messaging limits -- I did not present a character limit in them, but I will do so now. Five of your atmospheric messages may be up to 500 characters. The other 15 (if you do the full 20) must be 250 characters or less. For those that are distressed by this change, the 15 extra days will also come in handy as compensation.
Often times the best atmospheric messages are those that are short and sweet -- something you can read at a glance and that gives a 'feeling' to an area. People don't necessarily want to read 500 characters of text that randomly pops up every few moments. Be creative with it, but also try not to overwhelm people!
Once again, I wish everyone the best of luck!

PS: All altars will be devotional altars, you don't need to specify that.
