I've had my mitts in the grave code fixing some bugs, and tossed in a little mechanism to give you a "warning" message when you initially try to dig someone else's grave. This means that you need to type the command twice before you actually dig the grave (and thus take the devotion hit that was already in there).

As usual, we strongly suggest that you DIG <YOUR NAME> GRAVE when attempting to dig out your grave, as that is the only way to ensure that you will not hit the wrong grave.
