Dateline: December 20 -- Changes to Wound Transfer & Empath's Touch

TRANSFER changes:
As a first step in helping them control injury transfer, the
wound transfer rates for experienced empaths has been slowed.

Also, the messaging generated by transferring a wound has been
changed to help decrease scroll.


Empath's TOUCH:
Vitality information will now be displayed after the list of a
patient's injuries.
