Changes and fixes to how the ranger bonus is calculated are being rolled in tonight which will affect hiding, sneaking, stalking, and searching. This should also clear up any perceived reverse bonus problems with lockpicking and disarming.

I'm still waiting on the change/fix to climbing and still checking on swimming.
