Ladies and gentlemen of the woods and wildernesses,

It gives me truly great pleasure to announce that your new Guild Guru is today joining us as a full-time member of the Guilds team, having safely seen his prior projects through to completion.

I'm very encouraged - and I'm sure you will be, too - to know that your new Guru will be solely dedicated to the development of the Ranger Guild and the promotion of your interests across the game; where SGM Treveri had a huge number of other responsibilities that necesarily commandeered some of his time and energies, your new Guru will be focused entirely on Ranger matters. I think this will eventually engender a strong sense, for you, that dynamic new development activity is taking place on behalf of Rangers.

Your new Guru has already provided me with an insightful, forward-looking and results-driven Vision Thesis for Rangers. I am confident that his choices and direction are right for the Guild, both inside the game, and as the social focus for the unique group of individuals that make up its numbers. As a long-term Ranger himself, he understands better than anyone else on staff what makes the Guild tick and what is going to work for you for the future. He has already been quietly making excellent decisions on your behalf, and in the wider development activity that has been taking place in recent months he has powerfully represented your interests.

Any new member of the Guilds team comes to us with a special fire for development, a strong desire to show himself or herself to be effective, to make sound decisions, and to provide leadership and guidance. Your new Guru is no exception, and in addition he brings with him the all-important ability to finish a job as well as start it! Brilliant ideas are no use to anyone without the grit to get the job done, and we now have on the Ranger Team a GM who has both the creativity AND the practicality to get the great work out there.

It's my privilege to finally get a chance to work directly with this individual, and I proudly put forth for your welcomings my newest partner in crime... GameMaster Jent Axiom, Ranger Guild Guru. Show him some love. :)
