Heyo,

I wanted to wrap up the topics I have been posting before I left but didn't have time to. Sorry about that. For the most part I think the discussion were very productive on my end. I hope you feel the same way on your end.

I need to get to work on a few things now and you will see me post less and less. If you have questions or concerns that you feel have not been answered save them for the meetings we will be having. These should start sometime in July. They will be on the weekends and start midmorning EST. I know that for some this will be a burden but the truth of it is that I live on the East coast and since I have to be at the meeting start to finish I need to make sure it is at a time when I can be productive. Sorry.

Lastly, I want to thank everyone for the warm welcomes and the good start I am having, some of you are beginning to see where I want us to go, there will always be controversy when it comes to change and I am prepared for that. So far all of your concerns have come off in a constructive way (well almost all <g>) and as long as we have that tone of dialogue here we should be fine.
