You have all been very patient with the meeting schedules. I apologize for taking so long to get them scheduled. I still don't have any dates for you yet but please believe me there are good reasons for that. I can tell you what I have decided on for the number of meetings and the circle break downs.

Meeting 1. Circles 60 and above.Held in my office.

Meeting 2. Circles 45 thru 59th.Held in my office.

Meeting 3. Open to the entire guild. Held at the Crossing amphitheater.

All the meetings will be on a Saturday and start at Noon EST. I hope to have them scheduled in consecutive weeks but I'm not going to ask my team to give up three Saturdays in a row. If I can't have full attendance by the Guild Team I will need to make arrangements to schedule the meetings so that we can. (I believe I mentioned before that we are in the process of getting a full team in place for the Ranger Guild. This is one of the reasons I have been holding up the Meetings. I hope to have the team in place before the meetings.)

I know I have just opened myself up to a ton of backlash, but I can assure you that no amount of discussion is going to change my mind on this set up. My plan for next year effects these groups differently and I want to the opportunity and to use time productively to discuss in some of theses things in details to the folks it will effect most. Nothing will be keep secret, everything that I mention at the first meeting will be discussed in the next meeting just not with the focus I need to do with the individual groups. I hope to be able to focus on certain topics without massive coming and goings during the meeting cause the topics discussed will effect those groups more closely then others.

* For example, in the first meeting I want to talk about Tanning and how it is effecting the upper circles. Obviously a Ranger at circle 20 is not going to have much knowledge of this so the discussion in the third meeting will not be as detailed.

Please do NOT assume that all we are going to do is work on stuff for high level Rangers or circle based. I suspect the third meeting to go the better part of a full day because of the amount of stuff I want to discuss. The other two should be a few hours at most.
