There is now a way to make arrowheads in game. You will need to find a specific object/substance in order to do this. It is not the obvious choice of flint. I am going to leave the name of the object/substance and the method as a puzzle for the next several days for those enthusiastic folk who like searching for things. At the end of that time, if no one has discovered it, I'll start dropping some hints.
