And toss a special thanks to GM Shakahn for nudging me on this one and helping test it till we got it tracked down and fixed.

All the shops in Shard that were broken in plat have been fixed and can now be five finger discounted.
Once again, GM Shakahn helped out a ton on this. Everyone say "Thank you Mr. Furball!"
