Here's a quick question from me.

Someone in game has this really interesting weapon that you can load SPEARS into and fire them like a crossbow fires bolts.

I don't want to change, steal or modify it in anyway, but I do need to find it. Who has it?

This seemed like the right place to post that. I know each and every one of you follow weapons closely.
