For players who have had the stableboys steal their tack, under specific circumstances, that tack may be returnable. If you lost your tack to them prior to November 19th, this can be returned.

The original rules on losing your tack were posted to the horse board the day of release and then promptly buried under hundreds of posts. It has since been reposted under NEWS 5 22. If you lost your tack because of stabling issues prior to November 19th, send a note to DRFeedback@simutronics.com before December 19th. Email sent after that date will be turned down.

Rather than replace the tack itself, the amount paid for the tack will be added to the bank account of one of the major area banks in the type of coin paid for the tack. This will be dealt with at feedback, the in-game staff will not help on this.
