Regarding Home Decay:

ANY character on your account may now keep the home "alive" for you if you will simply enter the home with that character within the 30-day rule. The homeowning character does NOT now need to "refresh" the home as long as another character on the SAME account is popping in every few weeks.

Important Note:

This does NOT work with your "official guest". The home can only be maintained by any character on the SAME ACCOUNT as the homeowning character.
