'Scuse me sneakin' into Meriel's topic here, but I wanted to bring you some information about Homes on Aesry Surlaenis'a. The following is from NEWS 35, which was announced this evening:

The Homeowners' Association of Aesry Surlaenis'a is proud to announce the availability of quality housing on the island for Estate Holders. At this time, beachfront and farm cottages, bothies and other rural homes are readily available.

A special type of town home, known as an ondjai, is unique to the Surlaenis area. These homes are not yet claimable, as they will be sold by special auction on a date to be announced. However, the locations are available for you to inspect in the days leading up to the auction.

Several new interior and exterior shops are also now open. In addition, the local government has now set up a Permit Office in its civic buildings, for your convenience.
