Dateline 8/20/2000: [PREMIUM] ARTISAN NYGHIL RITFIL TO VISIT
Mr. Nyghil Ritfil is pleased to announce, after an extended absence, that he will begin providing custom artistry for patrons on the following dates:
9/6 -- 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Eastern (Voucher Required)
9/8 -- 11:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. Eastern (Voucher NOT Required)
9/10 -- 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Eastern (Voucher Required)
Mr. Ritfil is cognizant that a number of his personal vouchers and invitations have never been redeemed, along with those of other merchants who have visited, left promises of service, yet due to whatever circumstance have failed to return. Mr. Ritfil's WEDNESDAY and SUNDAY engagements will be to serve Estate Holders who are in possession of such vouchers. FRIDAY's session will be open to any Estate Holder who has not been served by an Estate-sponsored artisan within the past 4 months.
Regretfully, Mr. Ritfil does NOT honor the generic brown and black vouchers of the Brotherhood of Merchants. Mr. Ritfil apologizes for any inconvenience his decision may make for potential patrons. Mr. Ritfil also points out that his policy is his own, and reminds patrons that other merchants may honor these vouchers and that it would be a Bad Idea to discard them.
All consultations will take place at the Seacaves of Peri'el. Please see PREMIUM 3 for portal locations. Fees will begin at 1 platinum Lirum. Final prices of the work will depend upon the complexity of the work being requested, the material being worked on and the amount of time taken by the patron's consultation. A bank runner =will= be available for patrons.
Mr. Ritfil specializes in the embellishment of cloth items, and is skilled at decorative leatherwork. Mr. Ritfil is not an armorer nor a weaponsmith, and therefore unable to sharpen, balance, temper or otherwise improve the quality of your equipment. Please refer to the sign in Mr. Ritfil's waiting area for guidelines on his services. Also, please note that Mr. Ritfil has a delicate constitution, and will not create any item which can be construed as lewd or vulgar.
