In the estate Holder Catagory, a person requested a list of all the guild
GMs. This was the reply by Meriel. Now I have no idea if Trev is on the
list as one being reassigned, but it could possibly be one explanation as
to why we haven't heard from him in awhile

I'm afraid I can't list all the guild GMs. Some of the guilds are in the
process of transition from one guild GM to another and not all guilds have
GMs announced. The best way to get in contact with whatever GM is dealing
as the guild GM is to check out that profession's category a little further
down in the message board.
