It gives me very great pleasure to confirm and make official the news that your new Guru has made his first public appearance and is now ready to introduce himself to the Guild at large on these boards.

I'm not going to carry on at length, here, as I'm quite certain you want to hear from him rather than from me, so without (much) further ado I'll make way for his initial post. I hope you'll find it as insightful, inspiring and promising for the future of the Guild as I know the man to be.
