Is there anywhere i can find one of these? the bone aventail sold in haven happens to be LP
Sometimes you can get them from the scavenger goblins near Crossing. But if the bone aventail you got from Haven is appraising as LP instead of bone, it's probably buggy and needs to be marked as such.

Most store bought "Bone" items long predate the Bone Armor Skill concept.
Only two places sell Bone Armor, Premie shop on the Stand and Paladin Shop on Ratha. One of the Prizes of Dunshade is a backpack filled with Bone armor, and the Goblins outside Crossing's west gate are alternative sources of Bone armor.
Here's a list of all the armor the Goblins carry. To the best of my knowledge, it is a complete list.
