Load is acting buggy, at least in TF, whenever you remove or wear armor. It will give me the messaging about my shield hindering the load but it doesn't actually load anything. The only piece it's not affecting for me is the icesteel bar-mail hauberk.

Ok I figured out what is causing it but I'm not sure why. It only happens when I remove or wear items so I'm assuming there's a sort of inventory shuffling. Anyway
tap bow
You tap an alabaster bowl with ivy carved in relief around the rim inside your shoulder pack.
I'm assuming that it's trying to load the bowl inside my pack instead of the bow in my hand, even though I'm only inputting LOAD and not LOAD BOW. Load short bow doesn't work either.
For now I just have to close my shoulder pack
