My questions are,
1. Does training up Stamina lower the overall armor hindrance.
2. If yes, can it take it to 0
3. Whats the best you can hope for with non forged LC (in terms of overall hindrance.)

1. Pretty sure stats don't affect hindrance at all.
2. Never, not for any armor type.
3. Depends on your guild for now, and skillset later.
