Right now I use Shard Balaclava/gauntlets, Haven supple ring mail greaves, a perfect crimson-scale coat, and a crocodile-skin buckler (on my arm). I have 146/132 leather/LC ranks and 147 shield (dont think that matters for stealth hinder), and I'm sitting at fair stealth hinder. I would like to know at how many ranks my stealth hinder will drop to light can anyone tell me?
If your light-hindered without your shield, but fairly with.
You can try getting a perfect garg-hide shield but not a lot of people sell them :(. Sometimes
