For anyone who likes the halberd part of the partisan but not the weight, here's the latest offering from the War Mage tent in Leth
You get a short narrow-bladed halberd with a cambrinth-inlaid ironwood shaft from inside your traveler's pack.

I'll just mention that having tried a pointy halberd v. an impact halberd the combo I use really is better for the ones with impact. This could also be a function of impact leading to more stuns and such, but there's my observation.
I also think that for the weight, availability and price it's hard to beat this:
A severely curved steel scythe with a twisted ironwood haft is a halberd pole*-*ranged weapon.
