I was just wondering if anyone knows a good halberd combo to keep balance.

I use the puncture-heavy ox tongue spear and I thrust, jab, slice, parry because it doesn't use sweep. Sweep has gotten me killed before...

use the standard HE combo but switch the positions of sweep and slice.

That's Draw Sweep Slice Chop or Draw Slice Sweep Chop...I forget which. I haven't actually hunted with Croegar in a long, long time.

Sweep chop draw slice.

Or Thrust sweep chop draw slice.

Or Thrust sweep chop jab draw slice.

You can remove either jab or thrust without dinging balance.
You can remove sweep for a slight ding in balance, or replace with feint+sweep to remove the defense penalty of sweep.

I know, I just took the staple combo you had listed and showed how to add in thrust and jab. Because sometimes that's useful. I thought putting sweep first made it easier to see the progression. Sorry.
